Bartlett Horse Munch is designed to supplement, not replace, pasture or hay. Caloric content of this product is reduced to accommodate the needs of mature horses that are not worked heavily, or that are "easy keepers". Amount of feed required will vary, depending on season, quality of hay or pasture, level of activity, weight and body condition of your horse. Feed along with a minimum of one percent of body weight per day of good quality hay or pasture. Provide clean water and salt free-choice. All feeds are perishable - do not use feed if it is moldy, smells musty, or has been contaminated by insects or rodents. Store in a cool, dry area to extend freshness.

Amount to feed (Example: 1000 lb body weight, per head per day):
Maintain body condition .................. 4 to 5 lb
Light activity ............ ... ................ 5 to 7 lb

Never feed more than five pounds in a single feeding.
